I want Eric and Jessica out of there - NOW.

I’m tired of those clean walls and that darned table and Salome’s bedroom and those bizarre windows. Eric, please hold Bill while Jessica kicks him in the nutz, then, while he’s recovering get the hell out! Set the whole place on fire on the way out: Problem-fucking-solved, you’re welcome!
